Lethbridge County has organized an "Innovations in Ag" event on August 9, 2023 at the Broxburn Business Park. It is a set of workshops for producers and rural landowners on topics like farm fire safety, bat-friendly farming, using native species to improve water quality, etc.
Due to low registration, we may need to cancel the event. In discussions with residents and landowners, it was mentioned that the early harvest conflicted with the event date, and participation might be higher at another time of year.
